Riding every double black rated tech trail in the Whistler Bike Park

I stayed in Whistler for 1.5 months and set out to ride every open trail in the park. I managed to accomplish my goal of riding every trail. I already posted a video of the freeride trails, and easier tech trails. All that remains are the double-black technical trails which I posted in this video. There are 16 double black rated trails in whistler, plus a bonus 17th trail called Filthy Ape, which is rated as a pro trail. Time stamps for each trail below. I recorded all with my Gopro Hero 10. I don't consider myself a strong tech rider, but riding all of these trails definitely helped. Many of the videos are from my first time riding the trail, so I ride them very slowly. That's my excuse anyways, the truth is I was not riding them fast even after having a few runs down. Occasionally I like to film with friends, but for the most part, I leave the camera in the van when riding with others. I want the ride to be about hanging with the homies and not about the footage. So usually when I got a trail filmed once, I was done filming on that trail. I can say I challenged myself riding most of these trails. I definitely did not ride the hardest lines on many of the trails. I rode what I was comfortable with. I do hope to go back and continue to improve at technical riding to possibly do some of the harder lines. I also was not planning to ride Filthy Ape, but ended up going for it on either the last or second to last day I was there. 0:00 Intro 0:23 Drop in Clinic 0:40 Upper Whistler Downhill 1:48 Schleyer 3:27 No Duff 4:50 Upper Joyride 5:59 Polp Fiction 6:48 Clown Shoes 8:44 In Deep 12:01 Tatiana 13:00 Tech Noir 13:30 Lower Joyride 15:31 Detroit Rock City 17:14 Canadian Open DH 19:31 French Connection 19:58 Captain Safety 20:55 Goat's Gully 23:02 Filthy Ape
