Watersoluble Pencils (Inktense Pencils & Inktense blocks) Hints & Tips on How to Use Them

Watersoluble pencils come in many forms, this video shows you how to use the Derwent Inktense pencils that are permanent once they have dried on the paper. I also use the Inktense blocks which are just larger quantities of the Inktense medium. I show you a little trick to ensure that you can achieve both soft and hard edges in your paintings.
