Although the use of substances for sexual purposes is not new, the context has changed: new drugs, new forms of relationships, and an organization often driven by geolocation apps. All of this makes chemsex a complex and expanding phenomenon. ⚠️ Associated Risks: High-risk sexual practices (group sex, unprotected sex, etc.) Addiction, dependence, overdose, and social isolation Impact on mental health: guilt, low self-esteem, relationship breakdowns 💬 Why is it practiced? Factors such as peer pressure, accessibility of substances, the need for escape, or overcoming emotional or social insecurities can play a role. 🌍 Although it is more frequently observed in large cities (Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Málaga, etc.), it is also found in smaller towns, especially among transients. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 What can we do as families and educators? Information is the best tool we can offer our children.
