In this video, we focus on the anatomy before we have a look into the pathology and the so-called ramp lesion in next week's video. Ramp lesions are important and frequently missed on MRI. Up to 24% of ACL tears have ramp lesions, so we all have missed at least several, I'd guess. However, it is important as they sometimes need surgical repair.
