Day 11 on Zwift, I Had the Energy… The Saddle Stopped Me 40 Minutes

Day 11 on Zwift and this ride surprised me. I managed 40 minutes today and honestly, my legs and cardio still had more to give. What actually stopped me wasn’t fatigue, it was saddle pressure and numbness. That became unbearable. This ride made it very clear that endurance is not just fitness, it’s also comfort, positioning, and adapting your body to time in the saddle.
