A Different Way to Pour your RESIN for a Dirty Pour Today I’m trying a different way (for me) to do a dirty pour with epoxy resin. I’ve done two videos on my channel where I used a split cup to do a dirty pour, which is a common way to do it. There’s also another common way where you layer the different colours on top of each other in a cup and then pour the resin out. In this video, I’m trying it where I have a clear base (with some pretty gold leaf too!) and I’m adding 3 different colours to it, making sure they stay slightly separate, even though I do go in with a popsicle to swirl the colours around a bit. I’m sure there’s tons of videos on youtube doing a dirty pour this way but I’ve never done it this way before. The results weren’t exactly what I hoped for, I wanted the clear base with the gold leaf to be the star of the show but I think these jars turned out lovely nonetheless and the jar with the lid is my favourite.
