Creamy Smoky Chicken | Juicy better than Restaurant Recipe Perfect as it is or with naan, roti, paratha, flavoured rice, this recipe is easy to make and packed with chef-style taste. Quick Recipe Marinate: 1 cup curd 2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tbsp coriander (dhaniya) powder 2 tbsp cumin (zeera) powder 1 tbsp chilli flakes Dry roasted & crushed kasuri methi Salt to taste 1 tbsp oregano 1 cup fresh cream Coat the chicken well with the marinade and refrigerate for 12–24 hours. Reserve the leftover marinade. Method: Heat a generous amount of oil in a wok or deep pan. Add the marinated chicken, cover, and cook. Flip the chicken every few minutes, covering after each turn, until fully cooked and lightly browned (about 20–25 minutes). Pour in the reserved marinade, cover, and cook for another 5–10 minutes until the sauce becomes rich and creamy. For a smoky finish, place a small bowl with hot charcoal in the pan, pour a little ghee over the charcoal, immediately cover with a lid, and let it smoke for 3–5 minutes.
