In this week's premiere I revisit a home that I planned to cut the week before last but got sidetracked with practicing for my basketball game. I wanted to keep my word so I returned to do work on two properties. The property owner owns two homes on this property. One home is abandoned and the other is being rented out. I spoke with the renter and expected to meet with them during my second visit to get a complete understanding of the work I would do here. Well long story short it seems as if I was being ignored by the homeowner. I knocked on their door a few times but no answer. So I continued to work on the abandoned home and figured while working I would eventually speak with the renter again. Well I was wronging fact they completely ignored me while departing the home and returning. What I thought would be a great service to this renter ended turning into a uncomfortable service. The entire time I worked I felt good about what I was doing to the abandoned property and had no emotion towards working on the property that was being occupied. I felt as if I was there for a reason but not to provide a service to the person I intended to help.
