Entrevista a Triángulo de Amor Bizarro, que edita el viernes «Mi catedral»

Be careful about saying that Triángulo de Amor Bizarro makes pretty music. What for others would be a compliment, in their case elicits a disapproving reaction. "It's very easy to make beautiful or pleasant music, music that's purely decorative. And the last thing we wanted in life was to become a vase or a piece of furniture," explains Rodrigo Caamaño, the band's vocalist and guitarist. "It's not what we're aiming for. I don't like it at all," adds Isa Cea, bassist and singer. She thinks this now, and she thought it 22 years ago, when they started making music in a basement on Avenida de Fisterra in A Coruña, the legendary Taller Electrónico (Electronic Workshop). "We wanted the music to provoke, to generate waves and make things fall, make the streetlights go out... Not just be there, as something pretty," Rodrigo concludes.
