In this article, I discuss all the legal changes together: the amendment to the Insurance Guarantee Fund (UFG), the Act amending the Road Traffic Law (currently in the Sejm), and the bill directly expanding the powers of the Road Transport Authority (TDT). I also highlight why scooters will be treated as motor vehicles and the consequences that await current users in the future: mandatory third-party liability insurance, a 20 km/h speed limit, and approval standards.
