In many romantic relationships, the need to be loved is confused with love itself. This can give rise to fear of abandonment, idealization of the other, and destructive relational dynamics. We seek someone who makes us feel finally seen, complete. But when the other person fails to save us from our loneliness, love can turn into disappointment, anger, and the desire to destroy the one who "made us suffer." But there is a different form of love. A love that is not born from lack, but from presence. A love that does not ask to be saved and does not transform the other into an object to be possessed. A love that slowly helps dissolve the feeling of being separated from life. In this video, we explore three different forms of love: • egoistic love, based on need, expectations, and the fear of abandonment; • erotic love, understood as a transformative force that pushes us to discover deep parts of ourselves; • spiritual love, a love that is not born from dependence or possession, but from an inner state of completeness.
