There were a lot of accidents while making shaved ice, and I'm a little disappointed I couldn't share them, though. 😂 This episode ended up being super long and hectic. lol So, thank you for your hard work this week! 💖 I hope that my channel will help share the joy of baking with many people (*´˘`*)♡ See you next week! ❁⃘*.ﾟ 🌸Peach Syrup🌸 (I made too much, so I'll list half the amount.) -Ingredients- 1 ripe peach ☆40g granulated sugar ☆2 teaspoons lemon juice ☆20g condensed milk -Directions- 1. Pit and cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces and place them in a pot with the skin on. 2. Add all the ingredients listed above and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened (be careful not to burn). 3. Remove the skin. 4. Blend in a blender until smooth. 5. Allow to cool and then refrigerate. Try pouring it generously over shaved ice. 🌸Meat Bun Recipe🌸 ◎Dough 120g plain flour 80g bread flour 20g granulated sugar 5g salt 6g dry yeast 6g baking powder 120g lukewarm water 10g sesame oil ① Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. ② Once combined, knead on a counter until the dough forms a lump. ③ Add the sesame oil and knead until smooth. About 5 minutes? (If you're coloring the dough, I recommend doing it now!) ④ First rise until doubled in size (I microwaved it for 40 minutes at 35°C). ⑤ Divide into 4 pieces, then let rest for 10 minutes. ⑥ Wrap the meat filling in the dough and place on a baking sheet. ⑦ Second rise until 1.5 times its size (I microwaved it for 15 minutes). ⑧ Steam in a steamer for 15 minutes (don't open the lid halfway through, lol). Finished! ✨ ◎Meat filling ↓↓Recipe reference↓↓ Steamed meat buns that look like the ones in https://cookpad.com/jp/recipes/180571... 🌸Macarons🌸 (makes 12 pieces, as shown in the video) -Ingredients- 35g pure powdered sugar 35g almond powder 35g granulated sugar Egg whites 1 serving -Directions- 1. Sift the flour mixture twice. 2. Lightly whip the egg whites, add one-third of the granulated sugar, and mix with a mixer. 3. When the mixture becomes pale, add another one-third and mix again. 4. When stiff peaks form, add the remaining granulated sugar and icing color and beat until the meringue does not fall off when the bowl is turned upside down. 5. Add the flour mixture in two batches and mix thoroughly with a spatula. 6. Macaronage the mixture until it forms ribbons when poured. 7. Squeeze the mixture, tap it, and smooth the surface with a toothpick. Let it dry for 3 hours (until it can be traced with your finger. If it is humid, it may take longer). 8. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 4 minutes and 30 seconds (rotate the plate 180°C after 2 minutes). 9. Set the oven to 130°C. Readjust and bake for about 10 minutes. ⑩ Leave for at least 4 hours, then remove from the sheet. ⑪ Sandwich with your favorite ganache and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
