Ingredients for 2 servings: 87kcal/serving 200g Chinese cabbage 100g mizuna 120g white fish 400ml chicken stock A little chili oil A little sesame oil [Preparation] 1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into thick strips about 5cm long. 2. Cut the mizuna into 5cm pieces. 3. Cut the white fish into thick strips. [Recipe] 1. Put chicken stock in a pot, add the Chinese cabbage, and bring to a boil. 2. Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes. 3. Add the white fish and cook until lightly cooked, then add the mizuna and bring to a boil. 4.
