BOOGIE IN THE BADLANDS 2026 – Full Walkthrough & Recap from Drumheller, Alberta! What a fantastic day we had yesterday at the Valley Cruisers’ Boogie in the Badlands car show! Held right in the heart of downtown Drumheller on Saturday, May 23, 2026, this event brought together classic car enthusiasts, rockabilly vibes, and the stunning Canadian badlands scenery all in one perfect package. From the moment the gates opened at 8am for pre-paid registration, the streets came alive with beautiful vintage cars, custom hot rods, and some seriously impressive builds. We spent hours walking the rows, admiring chrome, flathead engines, custom paint jobs, and that classic 1950s-60s atmosphere that makes these shows so special. Highlights from the Day: Incredible lineup of vintage Fords, Chevys, and custom classics The popular Pin-Up Contest with some amazing contestants Live music, vendors, and great prizes throughout the day Sunny weather and those iconic Drumheller badlands rock formations as the perfect backdrop Evening cruises through the historic and scenic badlands on both Friday and Saturday The Valley Cruisers really know how to throw a car show! The community feel, the friendly people, and the passion for old iron made this one of the most enjoyable events we’ve attended this year. If you love vintage cars — especially vintage Fords — good music, pin-up style, and small-town Alberta hospitality, then Boogie in the Badlands should definitely be on your calendar for next year.
