Taking Shaktipat Deeksha ( once) | 2. Mantra chanting (pratikshan)| 3. दियान भाषा बैथना (सुबह व शाम 15 -15 मिन्ट)| Please read all the instructions carefully and re-read them 2-3 times, then follow them completely and start meditation. 1. Taking Shaktipat Deeksha :- संजीवनी को संजीवनी को सुनना सक्तिपात दिक्षा है | This Swayaam Siddha Mantra was initiated by Lord Shiva to Yogi Matsyendranath, Mahayogi Gorakhnath, and Gangainath after becoming aware of thousands of millions of years of penance. Mantra chanting :- Pratikshan अधते-शैथ्ते, खाते-बीते, कार्य कर्टे है जब जब ज़ा जण को ज़्टे को जापते रहाना है | शरु शरु में शरु शरु में बार बार करें जापना फ़ादा पुधाना, अक्ष कैम आप देश जापना अपने अपना का है, Rishis called it "अजपा" (अजपा) कहा है | 3. Meditation :- Every day both morning and evening sit and meditate in front of Gurudev's photo for 15 minutes on an empty stomach - Sit in a comfortable position on the ground in an open, flat and ventilated place Keep a picture of Gurudev in front of you and see it with open eyes for 1-2 minutes Pray to Gurudev for the solution of your problem Now close your eyes and focus on the image of Gurudev on your chakra (where bindi or tilak is applied or the third eye of Shiva) and ask Gurudev to meditate for 15 minutes. Now chant the divine mantra explained by Gurudev During this time any physical, mental or sexual activity may occur, please don't panic and try to stop them and let the body relax.
