How To Fix a Neo Angle Shower that was Done WRONG

The contractor who installed this neo angle shower base wasn't thinking ahead about how the glass door would get installed. When I was asked to install the glass assembly, I quickly realized that it wasn't going to work. This video shows my solution to the problem without having to tear the shower and base apart. Along the way I noticed a few other issues and fixed what I could. In the end we installed a schluter shower curb and now this shower needs to have a custom glass door installed. It will increase the elbow room in the shower, saves money, and saves from another messy renovation. The best solution I could come up with.
