Hoshizaki ice machine troubleshooting - 7 beep alarm

In this video I diagnose two different hoshizaki ice machines that were not making ice. One machine was off on a two beep alarm and the other was off on a seven beep alarm. The Hoshizaki ice machine that was beeping seven times was receiving high voltage. I plugged the power cord into a different outlet and then found a bad water pump. The hoshizaki ice machine that was beeping two times worked after resetting the control board. I changed the water filter but this didn’t seem to fix the slow water fill.
