The program "Face to Face" analyzed the relaunch of the National Education Council (CONED), an entity that seeks to transform the Honduran education system through a reform based on a productive approach and the STEM model. During the debate, Dr. Rafael Núñez highlighted that President Afura's government plan includes the unification of efforts through the 2010-2038 National Plan and the 2018-2030 Sectoral Education Plan, underscoring the urgent need to move from rhetoric to practice in order to optimize the national budget and reduce the duplication of institutional functions.
