In this webinar, we will briefly examine the basic concepts of AWP and then focus on why it is crucial to increase the predictability of execution readiness elements rather than outcome metrics such as productivity. We will also introduce how to measure and manage the effectiveness of AWP execution from the perspective of Process KPIs based on the Work Package lifecycle. In the following session, using the Octave case study, we will explore how a digital execution platform integrating engineering, materials, supply chain, construction, and commissioning data supports information sharing and alignment among various stakeholders. Furthermore, you can specifically see the process by which the visualization and systematic management of material and work constraints lead to more predictable AWP execution.
