"Lenwo"｜Explore the abundant nature in Kosrae

ヤップ、チューク、ポンペイ、コスラエで構成されたミクロネシア連邦は赤道のすぐ北側に位置し、美しい環礁に囲まれた島々は豊かな熱帯雨林の恩恵を受けて広大なマングローブが広がり、その栄養が海へと行き渡り、多くの生き物が生息しています。 今回は3月に取材に行った時のコスラエ島の動画をシェアします。 コスラエ島はココナッツの木が白い美しいビーチが広がる沿岸に目立つ、まさに理想の南国の島です。 島の奥へ進んでいけばそこには手付かずの熱帯雨林がどこまでも広がり、高々と天まで届きそうなバンコンの木が群生する。 沿岸沿いの海はすぐにドロップオフになり回遊魚が優雅に泳いでいる。 浅場のサンゴはまるでスペインのサクラダファミリアをも思い出させるような形をした不思議なサンゴが群生している。 ミクロネシア連邦の最後の島、コスラエへ是非遊びに行ってください！ Located just north of the equator, the Federated States of Micronesia is comprised of Yap, Chuuk, Pohnpei, and Kosrae. Its islands, surrounded by beautiful atolls, are blessed with lush tropical rainforests and expansive mangrove forests. The nutrients from these mangroves flow into the ocean, supporting a rich diversity of marine life. This time, I'm sharing a video from my trip to Kosrae in March. Kosrae is the very picture of an ideal tropical island, with its stunning white-sand beaches lined with coconut trees. As you venture inland, you'll find a vast, untouched tropical rainforest stretching as far as the eye can see, with groves of giant banyan trees reaching high into the sky. The sea along the coast quickly drops off, where migratory fish swim gracefully. In the shallows, you'll find a mysterious coral reef with formations reminiscent of Gaudí's Sagrada Família in Spain. I highly recommend a visit to Kosrae, the final island of the Federated States of Micronesia!
