Metrovalencia regresa - Picanya

On June 27, Metrovalencia service resumed from València-Sud, after reconstruction and rehabilitation work on the line that lasted almost 8 months, following the serious effects of a DANA (cut-off low/cold drop) on October 29, 2024, which caused the Poyo ravine to overflow and severely affected the l'Horta Sud region (Valencia), leaving 228 people deceased in the Valencian Community. In this video, we explore Picanya station and its surroundings. The station building survived the flash flood. The railway infrastructure (tracks, switches, and signals) has been extensively renovated.
