How I design this 30'X50' House for the Jaipur client | WHYARCH STUDIO |
For collaboration, email us at: [email protected] This 30’×50’ residence is designed with a perfect balance of planning and aesthetics. The ground floor features a welcoming living area, a centrally placed dining and family space connected to a courtyard for natural light, a functional kitchen with back gallery, and a well-planned bedroom with attached dress and toilet. The first floor accommodates spacious bedrooms, a home office, balconies, and a gallery overlooking the internal courts, creating visual continuity across levels. The interiors follow a warm contemporary theme, using natural wood finishes, neutral tones, textured wall panels, soft lighting, and minimal detailing to create calm, elegant living spaces. Every area is designed to feel open, comfortable, and connected to light and greenery.
