Esperance Lived Up To The Hype | WA Road Trip

This week on Quittin' & Trippin' we're continuing our adventures in Esperance, WA — and after hearing so much about this part of Australia, we can safely say it absolutely lived up to the hype! We start the episode experiencing the tail end of Cyclone Narelle as strong winds and rain batter the coast around Esperance. Thankfully the weather eventually clears, allowing us to get out and explore everything this incredible region has to offer. We kick things off by exploring the local markets before setting off along the stunning Great Ocean Drive, taking in some of Esperance's famous coastal views. We also squeeze in a swim at 11 Mile Beach just before the weather rolls in. The next day we head to the dog-friendly Lucky Bay Brewing, enjoy some great food and drinks, and spend more time exploring Esperance's incredible beaches. We then hire electric scooters and head into town to check out the Esperance Museum Village. Unfortunately it was closed when we arrived, but the scooter ride was still a lot of fun and a great way to see town. One of the highlights of the trip is visiting Wylie Rock, where Daniel takes the car somewhere Elyse isn't entirely convinced it should be! The views from the top are worth it though. With beautiful beaches, coastal drives, local markets, good food and a few laughs along the way, Esperance continues to impress us at every turn. Thanks for watching and coming along for the journey.
