Day 1: Dedicated to visiting the Sumidero Canyon, a spectacular fissure in the earth with vertical walls that reach up to 1,000 meters in some places. The most evocative way to see it is from below aboard a launch, which will take us on a discovery of this natural wonder, with the possibility of spotting crocodiles, pelicans, parrots, monkeys, vultures, and more. The excursion lasts approximately two hours round trip, departing from Chiapa de Corzo. In the afternoon, we will travel to San Cristobal de Las Casas on a bus (1 hour and 30 minutes) departing from Tuxtla Gutiérrez. Day 2: Early morning departure by bus to Comitan (approximately 2 hours), and from there we will take a colectivo to the El Chiflon waterfall park. This wonderful place is more than just a waterfall; it's a true natural paradise, dominated by the Velo Novia waterfall, a 70-meter drop, so named for its whiteness, which resembles a bride's veil. Inside the park, you can bathe in one of the waterfall pools, where the water is calmer. Day 3_ Early morning departure (one way) towards the Agua Azul waterfalls and the 35-meter Misol-Ha waterfall, with the option of bathing in the pool below. The final stop of the tour is a spectacular site, one of Chiapas's major tourist attractions: the archaeological site of Palenque, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Day 4_ Our last stop in Chiapas takes us to Campeche. Departure from the Palenque bus station with ADO, whose deluxe buses will take us to the city of Campeche (approximately 6 hours). One of the most beautiful towns visited in Mexico for its colonial style, pastel-colored houses, and many excellent restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious seafood dish.
