How to make baked chicken EASY !!

Making a whole baked chicken can seem a little intimidating, but trust me it is super easy, it is cost-effective, it feeds a lot of people and we always have leftovers even with the big family that I have. You can make it with stuff you usually have on hand already & once the prep is done, which isn't too invasive, it's smooth sailing from there! 1 whole chicken (mine was 6lbs) Homemade sotrito Adobo Garlic powder Onion powder Ground oregano Cajun seasoning Aceite de achiotte (annatto seed oil) remove the backbone from the chicken wash the chicken with lemon and vinegar Marinate chicken the night before when ready to bake preheat oven to 400 degrees cover whole chicken with aluminum foil cook in 400 degree oven for 1 whole hour after 1 hour take the aluminum foil off and put back in oven uncovered for another hour after an hour uncovered take out of the oven and lightly cover with aluminum foil for 10-15 minutes to rest carve the chicken to your liking and plate ENJOY ##chicken##cooking##fyp##howto##cookwith
