Reconstructing Masculinity to Create Systemic Change by Daniel Edmund | Psychological Safety

Keynote: Creating Systemic Change Through Reconstructing Masculinity By Daniel Edmund from a Day of Psychological Safety. We currently live in a world where men still carry the majority of the power in almost every industry and culture in the world. With so many of the inequalities women, LGBTQ+, and others face being brought further into the mainstream's consciousness, what role does masculinity play in creating systemic change? In this keynote talk Daniel shares his personal journey of navigating through the rigid archetypes of masculinity our society often confines men to. And will speak about how we can reconstruct masculinity to better serve us all, men included.
