5 learnings from my 1st year as an OB PhD student

Now that I am starting my second year at an Organizational Behavior PhD program, I feel like I should reflect on the things I have learned. I had all these dreams of creating YouTube videos about how to conquer a PhD program, but the truth is, I am still trying to figure out how to walk, basically. Sooo "conquering"is quite a high bar.
