How is your day going? Has your joy doubled yet? As for me, today is a day filled with both sadness and joy. The sadness comes from having to make a heartbreaking decision. I just met a lovely little dog who has been my companion for a few days, but I’ve had to let him go. The joy is knowing that from now on, that little dog will have a much better life. Also today, I received help from a kind CEO who gifted me some beautiful warm coats. I am so happy and grateful. This winter, I won’t have to fear the cold anymore. I have warm clothes and warm blankets now, everyone! This is my journey of overcoming pain and despair. Even though I have no family by my side, the reason I keep going and trying my best is my son. I miss him so much. I will work as hard as I can so that one day, I can take good care of him and bring him back to live with me. I am in the process of building a new life.
