Kisumu's divisive statue removed
The controversial monument commissioned by the Sikh community at a Kisumu roundabout has been removed after a mob vandalized it yesterday. The statue that was intended to mark 100 years since the Sikhs built their temple in Kisumu, has in recent days raised emotions after the public opposed its erection.
