Conrail Defect Detector in Action with a Critical Alarm on an NS Train.

Norfolk Southern Mixed Freight had an issue with one of the wheels of one of the cars it got set aside a little further to the West along the Lehigh Line in Bound Brook NJ. I heard it was a critical problem with one of the cars the crew said this car now is a 10 mph car. Please note I never chased the train to witness what was going on, I let the railroad and crew do their job while I got to see more trains thanks to this being a two track main.
