Breath of Fire 3 Super Peco

In order to turn Peco into a onion wrecking ball LoL you must apprentice him under Master Fahl from level 1. Using the skill Monopolize to boost him up with you're current party levels. Whoever uses this skill gets all the experience (EXP) at the end of the battle. Power level Peco up to 15 or 16 and then put the battle formation on attack with Peco leading the charge. You can do this all before going back to Wyndia Castle. Also Monopolize is learned from Master D'Lonzo at the Coffee Shop.
