Sony 100-400 GM vs 200-600 G (3 weeks in Ecuador)

I give my opinion on the Sony 100-400GM lens vs. the 200-600G lens after using them for 3 weeks in Ecuador on the a7RIV and the a7III. Primarily, I compare the usability of the lenses (design, autofocus, etc) and then the image quality.
