Pro tip: for every extrusion corner, apply adhesives to all the edges of the extrusions that will meet at a corner and seal the extrusions to the panels internally with adhesives before joining the two extrusions together. A small gap is GOOD! No gap is BAD. Also, it is better to square the panels than it is to full seat the extrusions onto the panels.
