7.6 Evidence of Evolution - AP Biology (Updated 2025-2026)

In this video, I go through a few of the many forms of evidence that support the idea that 1) species change over time and 2) species descend from other species. I discuss fossils and how their age is determined, describe how their location leads us to a better understanding of common ancestry, and elaborate on how similarities in body structures, proteins and DNA all point to evolution as being the unifying explanation for the nature of living things.
