Ladder Flow Vinyasa

With a slight twist on your typical vinyasa class, this is a combination of holding, repeating, and flowing one breath per movement. Holding the postures allows you to feel the proper alignment in your body and the repetition helps you anchor that in. After you’ve held a posture, it will be added to a series of poses that we’ll move through with one breath per movement. It’s a fun, energizing way to move on your mat. Enjoy!
