Since my last video the team have been hard at work making several upgrades to the layout - most notably building the entire Old Town part of Bexhill to better recreate what it looks like in real life. There's plenty more to see at the Bexhill Museum too with a much larger restoration project that has recently completed as well as Eddie Izzard's childhood model railway which has also been lovingly put on display for visitors to operate. The team have big ambitions for the future too with the inclusion of working trams hopefully being installed in the near future. This incredible N Gauge model railway is not only a Winter Wonderland but is set against the backdrop of World War II when snow came to the town for the Christmas of 1940. While the modelling is beautiful to look at it is also a poignant reminder of the towns history and the team have captured this moment in time perfectly.
