If you suffer from IBS or bloating, this stretching routine should be really helpful! When you overeat, you can feel very tired and like you don't want to move, but the goal is to get your body to do some light movement with these stretches so that it can help your digestive system to work! It is normal to feel bloating during your PMS or Period in your menstrual cycle, this routine can be of a lot of help and can even help you relief cramps! There are other ways to help bloating such as reducing the amount of sodium you consume, drinking more water, exercising, and sleeping more!
