Sugar - 120 g Vanilla sugar - 10 g Salt - a pinch Lemon - 1 pc. Odorless vegetable oil - 70 g Milk - 200 g Flour - 240 g Baking powder - 10 g 1. Mix the egg with a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. 2. Add odorless vegetable oil. 3. Grate the zest of one lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. 4. Add milk, flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth. 5. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease the sides of the mold with butter and sprinkle with a little flour. 6. Pour the dough into the mold. 7. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 180°C (360°F). Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer, it should come out without any remaining raw dough. #pie #pie recipe
