TeleThrasher Ep. 5 - Applying a Danish Oil Finish & Wipe On Polyurethane

Welcome to Episode 5 of the Telethrasher series, where I take a DIY telecaster kit guitar and turn it into my Ultimate Metal Weapon. In this episode I am applying a Danish Oil finish as well a wipe on polyurethane coating. This is my first time messing with poly and it isn't too difficult to work with. If I didn't run a binding a probably would have sanded between coats and even wet (oil coated sandpaper) sanded the oil into the body for an even smoother finish...but I didn't want to "Refresh the binding again...cause lazy...haha! Not to worry though because the Kraft Paper trick rules! I'm really pumped on the way this is turning out! I can't wait to get all the black pieces on it to give it that classy and METAL look!
