Fasting Time Fasting times should be irregular!! ✔ On days when I'm not feeling well: About 13 hours ✔ Usually: About 15 hours ✔ On days when I'm feeling good: Up to 20 hours (24-hour fasting twice a month when I have 2kg left to reach my target weight) A long fast is not always good.
