She obtained her D.M.D. (2007) and M.D. (2010) from Harvard University, and completed both internship and residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She is currently conducting translational research studies in the Skeletal Clinical Studies Unit of the Craniofacial and Skeletal Diseases Branch with Drs. Michael Collins and Pamela Robey. Her research focuses on the characterization and pathophysiology of craniofacial fibro-osseous lesions, including fibrous dysplasia and giant cell lesions. She has authored publications in the Journal of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and the Journal of Bone and Mineral Research.
