Who is Sturm? (Resident Evil 8: Village)

Sturm is arguably the most twisted and insane creation of Karl Heisenburg's that Ethan Winters will encounter during the events of the game, Resident Evil 8: Village. A disturbing meshing of human and machine, Sturm, like it's Soldat brethren, was made by Heisenburg in an attempt to create powerful followers that would help him in his plans to overthrow his 'Mother' Miranda.
