You can find it on almost every street corner, and at Ùmm Banh Mi near the beach, it tastes particularly good. Price for Egg & Bacon Bánh Mì: 39,000 VND (1.52 EUR) Of course, coffee is a must for breakfast (especially in Vietnam), so we also enjoyed a fresh black drip coffee - Cà Phê Đen Đá - 20,000 VND (0.78 EUR). The Bánh Xèo is a dream – a Vietnamese pancake with your choice of meat, which you wrap yourself in rice paper with vegetables. Then dip it in the peanut fish sauce, take a bite, and float into food heaven! We also ordered two variations of Vietnam's national dish: Phở Bò and Phở Gà – rice noodle soup with beef and chicken, respectively. This was accompanied by a mixed banana flower salad (Gỏi Hoa Chuối Tôm Thịt) and a virgin mojito with fragrant herbs to drink. It also uses rice noodles, but it's not a soup; Only enough broth is added to cover the noodles, vegetables, and meat (of your choice). The unique feature of Mì Quảng noodles is the high proportion of turmeric (an Asian type of ginger) in the broth. Here you'll find a wide selection of fresh seafood, freshly prepared on a charcoal grill after ordering.
