Step 2: With each section neatly twisted (16 groups evenly divided in half ((8 up and 8 down)), choose a twist to begin. Step 3: Wrap the ends of your twist around a curling wand. Step 4: Place the wand between a flat iron and pressed together gently for 2-3 seconds. (Be sure the heat does not exceed 300°F.)
