Immunoprecipitation with Antibody-Magnetic Bead Conjugate

Rockland’s TrueBlot® Magnetic Beads allow highly effective and efficient immunoprecipitation of an antigen using smaller amounts of antibody. These beads are specifically designed, tested and quality controlled for isolation and purification of antibodies, and immunoprecipitation methods using manual or automatic platforms. In this video, we will briefly show you how to use protein A or protein G conjugated magnetic beads for immunoprecipitation experiments. Immunoprecipitation is performed by adding the selected primary antibody to Protein A or Protein G magnetic beads followed by adding the sample antigen.
