The Fall of Acre, the End of the Crusades 1291 -- 1/56 Scale Scene Diorama Building
we built a diorama of a famous battle during the Crusades, the Siege of Acre in 1291. Starting in 1095, the protracted and far-reaching war of the Crusades lasted for nearly two hundred years, until the fall of Acre in 1291, marking the end of this history. In the final battle, Acre was almost captured. The few Crusaders fought the Mamluk soldiers on the last defensive tower to the last man. This exact historical moment is what I will recreate this time. -----------------Timeline----------------- 00:00 Intro 00:54 Tower Design & Modeling 05:19 Wheeled Mantelet 06:55 Figures Painting 09:21 Place Figures & Props 11:22 End Film If you enjoy our works, please subscribe to our YouTube channel to help us create more great content.
