Willard! | Short Fan Animatic

It's been just about a year since I finished my senior film, and I'm finally starting to recover from the burnout. Decided to do an animatic to ease back into long-form projects. This is a short, rough animatic for part of the song "Willard!" by Will Wood. The song is based on the short novel "Ratman's Notebooks" by Stephen Gilbert, a book about a misfit man named Willard who raises a colony of rats, which he later uses to terrorize others. Willard's favorite rat is Socrates, which is who he sings to in the song. I love this song a lot and I also really enjoyed reading the novel, and because the song is in the style of a musical track, I figured it'd be good to practice storyboarding.
