*NO AI WAS USED AT ANY STAGE OF CREATION* What is it like living with bipolar disorder? Having a kid who has bipolar disorder? What does a bipolar person's day-to-day look like? Created in early 2024 for a narrative videography assignment during my final semester in college. At the time, my diagnosis was bipolar 2, which has since been rediagnosed as type 1. I interviewed my mother for the audio and staged scenes inspired by my experiences managing my symptoms while cycling through mania, depression, and stability. Previously unlisted, I have now made it public in 2026 in hopes that others who are living with bipolar (and those who love someone with bipolar) feel seen and understood.
