קוראים לזה מיסופוניה - It's called Misophonia

תדמיינו את הצליל החורק הזה של ציפורן על לוח, נכון שזה מעביר בכם צמרמורת בכל הגוף ואתם רק רוצים שזה יפסיק? עכשיו תדמיינו שאתם שומעים רק את הצליל הזה ולא מצליחים להתרכז בשום דבר אחר - יש שני דברים שאפשר לעשות במקרה הזה: להילחם או לברוח. ברוכים הבאים לעולם המיסופוניה. לפני כשנתיים, גיליתי שזה משהו אמיתי ויש לא מעט אנשים כמוני שסובלים מהתופעה, אבל אף אחד לא ממש מדבר על זה. אני יוצרת סרטים בערך 8 שנים והחלטתי שהגיע הזמן ליצור סרט שיתאר וימחיש את מה שעובר על אדם הסובל ממיסופוניה ואולי יעלה חיוך קטן של הזדהות על פניהם של אלו הסובלים מזה. הייתי שמחה שהסרטון יופץ לכמה שיותר אנשים ויעלה את המודעות לתופעה וגם שהתפוצה הרחבה תוביל למחקר משמעותי בתחום שייתן לנו, הסובלים ממיסופוניה, פתרון מעשי ואולי איזושהי הקלה. תודה לכל האנשים המתויגים בפוסט ולשאר האנשים שהיו שותפים ביצירת הסרט! Now imagine that all you can hear is that sound and you can’t focus on anything else. There are 2 things you can do in that case: fight or flight. Welcome to the world of Misophonia. About 2 years ago, I found out that’s a real thing and there are quite a few like me, who suffer from it, but no one really talks about it. As a filmmaker, I decided it’s time to create a movie that will describe and demonstrate what a person who has Misophonia is going through and maybe raise up a little smile on the faces of those who have it. I would love for this video to reach as many people as possible and increase awareness to this phenomenon and I also hope that the wide distribution will lead to a significant research on the subject that will give us, those who have Misophonia, an actual solution and some kind of a relief.
