Today we're making some delicious stuffed bell peppers. #lunch #deliciousfood I made 6 bell peppers, but you can increase the filling ingredients and make more. 6 bell peppers of different colors, but they can all be the same color 1 onion 500 grams of ground meat (I used beef) fresh parsley 4 tablespoons of crushed or grated tomatoes 1 clove of garlic cooked white rice (I cooked 1 cup of uncooked rice with garlic, salt, and 1 bay leaf, and used it when it was cold) grated cheese olive oil pepper, salt, cumin, oregano, paprika, sweet paprika, or chili powder oven 180°C (350°F) for 50-55 minutes total.
